Terms and Conditions:

1. Affiliate player should be a “Real Money Player” to qualify and account should be KYC VERIFIED.

2. No related players allowed (within immediate family) and No IP hit. Affiliate's own gaming account is not allowed to earn from his Affiliate account.

3. Any Commission earned from NON-KYC VERIFIED player accounts shall not be considered to have legally earned and shall not be released to the Affiliate.

4. In order to qualify for a commission, affiliate should have a minimum of 5 active players every calendar month. (Calendar month starts from the 1st day up to the last day of each month)

5. In the event the Affiliate does not meet the 5 active player for the month, affiliate is not qualified to get a commission but players NGR will be carried over to next month.

6. There will be a CARRYOVER of NEGATIVE NGR to the following month.

7. Any Commission earned due to fraudulent activities shall not be considered to have legally earned and shall not be released to the Affiliate.

8. We pay out all affiliate commission by the 1st day of the following month. For example, on the 1st of Sept you will get your commission for the month of August.

9. Commission amount will be paid out thru the affiliate’s player account and to our available payment method if preferred. Affiliate needs to link their player account to their affiliate account so commission will be automatically paid out.

10. The minimum amount the Affiliate can withdraw is Php100.00.

11. The Affiliate acknowledges that there will be instances when Bet88 platform suffers from technical glitches or bugs. The Affiliate shall not hold the Company liable for any claim, damage, injury, liability, loss of potential Commission, because of technical glitches.

12. The Affiliate shall be solely responsible for the reporting and payment of taxes due him/her, as a result of the Commissions earned.
